Information We Collect

Information you provide: name, email address, phone number, mailing address, real estate license and MLS identifiers (for agents), property addresses and details you submit, photos you upload for valuation, messages you send to our AI assistant or our team, and payment information (processed by Stripe — we never store full card numbers).

Information collected automatically: pages visited, searches performed, device and browser type, IP address, and interactions with our tools. We use this to operate and improve the service.

How We Use Your Information

To provide the services you request: property search, home value estimates and reports, saved searches and alerts, agent onboarding, and transaction services.

To communicate with you about your requests, your account, and — where you have opted in — market updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time.

To route your inquiry to a licensed real estate professional when you request contact, a showing, or a valuation.

To comply with legal obligations, including Arizona Department of Real Estate record-keeping requirements.

AI Assistant & Automated Tools

Our AI assistant answers questions, searches listings, and generates home value estimates. Conversations are logged and are reviewed under Designated Broker supervision for quality and compliance. AI outputs pass through Fair Housing compliance filtering. Your conversation data is used to operate and improve your experience on our platform — it is never sold to third parties.

Agent & Team Member Information

Licensed professionals who join our brokerage provide additional information required for licensure verification, commission payment, and tax compliance. That information is handled under the Team Member Privacy Notice provided to agents within their secure HQ workspace.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with: (1) the licensed agent handling your inquiry; (2) service providers who operate the platform on our behalf (hosting, email delivery, payment processing via Stripe, MLS data services), bound to use it only for those services; (3) authorities when required by law; and (4) parties to your transaction when you engage us for real estate services.

MLS Data

Listing data is provided through licensed MLS feeds (including Arizona Regional MLS) and is subject to MLS rules. Listing information is for personal, non-commercial use in identifying properties and is deemed reliable but not guaranteed.

Data Security & Retention

Data is stored on access-controlled infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Transaction records are retained as required by Arizona law; other data is retained while your account or inquiry is active and for a reasonable period after.

Your Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information (subject to records we are legally required to keep) by emailing michael@kairosiq.ai. You can opt out of marketing email via the unsubscribe link and of SMS by replying STOP.

Children

Our services are not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We will post updates to this policy on this page with a revised effective date.
