About This Home

Welcome to this charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath home in Mayer, offering 1,071 square feet of living space on a private 0.10-acre lot. Built in 1948, this home has good bones and plenty of opportunity to make it your own. The inviting layout provides a comfortable foundation for everyday living, with three bedrooms and two full baths. Tucked at the end of the road, the home enjoys a quiet location and has seen some recent updates. That said, this property does need work. There are open violations, the room addition was started but never finished, and the permits have expired. The home also needs a septic system installed, as it is not currently connected to septic or sewer. This is an opportunity for the right buyer with the vision and resources to finish the project. Sold as is.
