About This Home

This Building needs some TLC on the interior and the greenery has run amok but the bones of this Huge 26x68 Cavco double wide seem to be top notch, including the roof. With the addition of a huge wrap around Porch and a Look Out Tower to top off the ''Fort Apache'' Look (as I have always jokingly refereed to it). There are several Acres enclosed by a 6 foot chain-link fence with 3 strands of Barbed Wire on the top, to keep all your critters in and wild ones out. The Greenery is well established with little coveys hidden around and a metal swing set that will please many a kid. It sits on 36.8 acres of rural land with commanding views of all the surrounding Mountain Ranges. Power Poles plugged in, Private Well, propane plumed in. Interior needs a remodel to make it your own for generation
