A rear addition creates a private primary suite with a bathroom and laundry for easy access. Two additional bedrooms share a full bath featuring a freestanding soaking tub. One bedroom comes equipped with a Murphy Bed built into the wall so it can be converted to a bedroom/office/gym/theater, or whatever is desired! The outdoor space includes a pergola dining area, raised garden bed, storage shed, and a mature shade tree, along with front planters made from reclaimed wood from the original home.
